Job Description

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Jim Thorpe, PA, supporting a school setting from January 12, 2026, through June 5, 2026. This contract role requires approximately 20 hours per week within the hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Provide direct therapy services as needed
  • Assist with make-up sessions to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Collaborate with educational staff to support student communication goals

Qualifications:

  • Valid PA SLP license (submission of a license copy is required with the application)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings is highly desired
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within designated hours and manage caseload efficiently
