Your expertise will be valued as you work with students presenting a variety of speech and language challenges, design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and communicate progress with educators and families. Desired Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut SLP license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 age groups and corresponding communication milestones
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and parents
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students based on IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team decisions, and maintain compliance with school policies
• Offer consultative support to teachers and families for implementation of strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each student on your caseload
