Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current and valid state SLP licensure or eligibility in New Jersey
- Experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong skills in collaboration and communication
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and needs
- CFY considered; CCCs preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services per IEP requirements
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and school initiatives
