Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each students needs
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students IEP goals
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions, individually or in group settings
• Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in parent meetings, staff consultations, and school-based committees as required
• Advocate for the needs of students and contribute to a positive school experience
