Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each students needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students IEP goals
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions, individually or in group settings
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in parent meetings, staff consultations, and school-based committees as required
- Advocate for the needs of students and contribute to a positive school experience
