Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Current New Jersey state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience with pediatric populations in a school or clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Proficient in developing IEP plans and maintaining accurate documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and interpret results for students with diverse communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support best outcomes for each child
• Maintain thorough, organized, and confidential records of assessments, progress notes, and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and ongoing student evaluations
