Step into an impactful opportunity this fall working with students who benefit from dedicated speech-language support. We're seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for three full-time contract roles beginning in September 2026. For 12 weeks, youll make a difference across two elementary school campuseseach with strong preschool and K-5 programs and a focus on supporting students in specialized populations, including those with Autismplus an additional site to be determined. These positions are exclusively onsite, ensuring direct connection with students and school teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Current NJ Speech-Language Specialist (SLS) Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) prioritized; Clinical Fellows welcome with external supervision resources
- Proven expertise in school settings, particularly K-5 environments
- Comfort supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and varied exceptionalities
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- No SLPAs considered for these roles
Role Overview:
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions onsite to preschool and elementary-age students
- Complete assessments, create IEPs, and track student progress data
- Adapt therapy strategies for diverse student needs, focusing on inclusivity and functional outcomes
- Partner closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state guidelines
