Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress tracking
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children with various speech-language needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the creation of IEPs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff
- Provide education and strategies to caregivers and staff for classroom and home use
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district regulations
