Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for promoting student success and advocacy

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students aged preschool through high school
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Provide direct individual or group therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic needs
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain meticulous records and data documenting student progress toward goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, team evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Provide consultative support and resources to families and school staff as needed
