• Current Wisconsin School SLP License required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a variety of student needs and age groups

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and needs
• Maintain accurate documentation on progress, goals, and service delivery
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support educational and social communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
• Educate and support classroom staff to integrate effective communication strategies
