Desired Skills and Experience:
- Possession of an active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience delivering pediatric speech therapy in a school-based or healthcare environment
- Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy service models
- Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), document progress, and collaborate with educational stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and direct intervention for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to support students academic and functional communication goals
- Develop treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapy techniques
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and regularly report on students progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to school-based interventions
