Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin SLP License is required
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Background in school settings, including experience with IEPs and multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in pediatric SLP services, including assessment, intervention, and family/staff collaboration
• Teletherapy experience or strong interest in virtual service delivery a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both onsite and via telepractice as needed
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with educators and families
• Document progress, write reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Offer strategies and resources for staff and caregivers to promote generalization of skills
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
