This part-time contract position offers you the chance to make a difference two days per week during the upcoming school year, delivering crucial speech and language services to young learners.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Teletherapy competence and comfort with digital tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for a K-5 caseload
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments as needed
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate
- Foster an inclusive, positive therapy environment that celebrates student growth
