Key Qualifications:

• Active NY State Speech-Language Pathology License
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• TSSLD/TSHH certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in school-based settings is an advantage

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite, managing a caseload of 10 sessions per school day
• Maintain one hour at the end of each day for documentation, planning, or collaboration with school staff
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and parents to foster student achievement
• Maintain strict adherence to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
