This role entails 39 hours per week and focuses specifically on the unique needs of preschool caseloads, fostering growth and confidence in young learners.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina license in Occupational Therapy (SLP discipline)
- SLP-CCC certification or eligibility
- Experience with preschool populations and pediatric therapy preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school or educational environment
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy addressing communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support educational goals
- Maintain clear documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
