Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting recommended
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy interventions for a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and family members for optimal student support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development sessions
