This assignment offers the chance to make an immediate difference throughout the 2026-2027 school year, serving diverse student populations from Pre K through 12th grade. Youll be onsite at one designated school and collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to help students communicate and succeed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active FL Department of Health SLP licensure (CCC required)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Expertise with Pre K12 caseloads (mild to moderate, ~60 students, varies by site)
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and data collection
• Ability to pass fingerprint/background check per FL AHCA Clearinghouse/JLA badge processes
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services directly to students onsite (no remote options)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), track progress, and maintain compliance
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Adapt interventions and strategies to meet the diverse needs of each caseload
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development as needed
