Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfort with diverse caseloads and creative problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both in individual and group settings
• Deliver engaging sessions to enhance articulation, language, fluency, and social skills
• Promote a positive learning atmosphere and advocate for students communication needs
