Make a meaningful impact with students by providing speech-language therapy services in a K-12 educational setting. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is available immediately through the end of the school year, serving a diverse caseload of students. The role is located in a supportive educational environment, close to Jackson, MI, where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will help young learners gain confidence and unlock their full academic potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• MI SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students across grade levels K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students speech and language needs
• Perform assessments, document progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to drive student success
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to support students communication goals
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in all documentation and service delivery
