Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior pediatric experience, particularly within a school setting, preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy to individual student needs
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate student care
