Youll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized strategies, making visible impacts on students academic and social success.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current New York State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly desired
- Ability to design and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions based on each students needs
- Document progress and update IEPs, maintaining accurate records
- Consult with educators and families to integrate therapy strategies in and out of the classroom
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student evaluations
- Provide training and support to school staff as required

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.50 to $67.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
