Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school settings is highly valued
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, student-centered approach and adaptability to diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide support and resources to staff on language and communication development
