Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows may also be considered)
• Previous experience in school environments highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
• Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student growth and success
• Provide education and support to caregivers and school personnel regarding communication needs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district procedural requirements
