Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in schools, with both monolingual and bilingual caseloads
- Strong ability to manage, evaluate, and document student progress
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to varying school environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for eligible students
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Manage case files, maintain documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Deliver direct therapy, when needed, to students from elementary and middle grades
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Serve both monolingual and bilingual student populations effectively
