This contract assignment offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, supporting communication and language development while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Preferred Background:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Solid communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt strategies for varied learning needs and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy services for students with communication, speech, or language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with IEP goals
• Monitor progress and document outcomes using thorough, timely records
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to share strategies for communication support in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting, planning, and ongoing evaluation
• Provide support and resources to staff and families, fostering an inclusive learning environment
