Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in California for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with assessments, IEP development, and delivering therapy within K-12 school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques based on individual student needs
• Organizational skills and comfort with maintaining thorough documentation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to determine student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required reports
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
