Your expertise will be valued as you work 37.5 hours across five days each week, engaging directly with elementary-age students in both traditional and teletherapy settings. Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to provide individualized care and drive student success.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Hands-on experience or clinical placements in pediatric and school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and document progress effectively
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and teletherapy speech-language services to K-5 students
- Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive educational outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families
