Job Description

This full-time, contract position is ideal for professionals experienced in pediatrics or those seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), with support for SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as well. You will be working on-site, supporting a diverse student caseload in an engaging educational environment throughout this school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • California SLP license and CTC required
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Open to SLP-CFYs and SLP-CCCs; pediatric experience preferred
  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule (7-hour days, hour unpaid lunch)
  • Collaborative, flexible, and eager to contribute to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site speech and language therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and implement effective interventions
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school policies
  • Adapt approaches for individual student needs while contributing to a supportive school culture
