Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop individual treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress and access to the curriculum
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student success
- Provide guidance and resources to families and staff regarding speech-language development
