Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • School-based experience highly valued
  • Proficiency with pediatric populations and a variety of communication disorders
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with team members
  • Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings, both onsite and remotely as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports aligned with regulatory compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer training and consultative support for staff and families regarding strategies and interventions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
