Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligible for certification
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but open to strong CFY candidates
  • Experience or interest in working within a school or pediatric setting
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services in line with each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, interpret results, and develop therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and educational teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with school and legal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates
  • Adapt and innovate therapy methods to meet remote and in-person needs as required
