Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license or the ability to obtain prior to start date
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Prepare and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of speech and language concerns
• Educate and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student goals in the classroom and beyond
