A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving an elementary caseload in Inyokern, CA. This role requires providing onsite SLP services within a public school setting, supporting students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support special education processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Previous experience working as a school-based SLP.
• Strong knowledge of communication disorders common among elementary students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Must be available to work onsite for the full contract period.

Location: Inyokern, California onsite position only.

Contract Duration: August 6, 2026 May 27, 2027

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
