Sunbelt Staffing is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based assignments in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The current need includes two full-time SLP positions and one part-time SLP position.
The openings are designed to provide coverage for multiple leaves, so assignment dates and weekly hours are currently TBD.

Role Responsibilities
The SLP will support students with identified communication disorders through diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services.
Key duties may include:
- Evaluating students' speech and language needs
- Providing direct speech-language therapy
- Supporting communication development
- Collaborating with teachers and school administrators
- Communicating with families
- Working with other student support staff
- Documenting services and student progress
- Following federal and state special education requirements
The SLP will work as part of a collaborative educational team focused on supporting students' academic, social, and emotional success.
Qualifications
- MN SLP license required for SLP roles
- Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred
- SLPAs are welcome to apply
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families
