Qualifications and Experience:

• Active South Carolina SLP license
• Experience in pediatric, clinical fellowship (CFY), and/or school-based speech-language pathology
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning skills
• Passion for working with a diverse, K12 student population
• Effective communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address each student's unique needs
• Maintain timely documentation of progress and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student plans
• Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and student progress reviews
• Provide on-site services across the full school year, ensuring continuity of care
