Qualifications and Experience:
- Active South Carolina SLP license
- Experience in pediatric, clinical fellowship (CFY), and/or school-based speech-language pathology
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning skills
- Passion for working with a diverse, K12 student population
- Effective communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address each student's unique needs
- Maintain timely documentation of progress and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student plans
- Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and student progress reviews
- Provide on-site services across the full school year, ensuring continuity of care
