Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience working with K-12 school populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, onsite setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across K-12 grades
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and case documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Offer guidance, support, and resources to students, teachers, and caregivers to foster success
