This full-time, contract opportunity offers an engaging environment where your clinical and communication skills will make a direct difference in student success. With two openings available, youll be supporting students' communication needs and collaborating with a dedicated team near Independence, OR.
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon SLP license required
- Credentialed as SLP-CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Demonstrated school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and related documentation
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support educational goals
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and district guidelines
