This opportunity seeks Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide comprehensive support for students during the 2026-2027 school year in a full-time, contract position located in Independence, Oregon. Ideal candidates hold an Oregon SLP license and are experienced in school-based speech therapy services. This role offers a dynamic environment to make a meaningful difference in student communication and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech and language therapy services tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations, track progress, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
Qualifications:
- Oregon SLP license required.
- Credentials such as SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC highly preferred.
- Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
