Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP procedures, evaluations, and therapy documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-age students
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings for resource-level caseload
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment that empowers learners
