Job Description

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt therapy to diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and other support staff to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input for student planning and progress
  • Maintain thorough records of services, progress, and compliance with educational and federal requirements
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy goals
