Assignment Details:
- Contract duration from August 10th, 2026, through June 9th, 2027
- Full-time, with a consistent 37.5 hours per week schedule
- Onsite positions only at multiple schoolscandidate home ZIP code to be included for precise placement
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- CCC-SLP or CFY status
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in diverse educational environments
- Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, families, and school staff
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation according to school and state requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support staff training as needed
