Job Description

Assignment Details:

  • Contract duration from August 10th, 2026, through June 9th, 2027
  • Full-time, with a consistent 37.5 hours per week schedule
  • Onsite positions only at multiple schoolscandidate home ZIP code to be included for precise placement

Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP license required
  • Prior experience working in school settings preferred
  • CCC-SLP or CFY status
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in diverse educational environments
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, families, and school staff
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation according to school and state requirements
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and support staff training as needed
