Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Ability to efficiently document progress and maintain timely records
  • Adaptability to manage diverse caseloads and address varying student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as required
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results
  • Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy sessions to meet students unique goals
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Provide consultation to teachers and support staff regarding strategies for inclusive education
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with state and school policies
