Job Description

A Massachusetts-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to serve a K-12 student population. This contract position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours in a school setting located in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on student needs and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license
  • Experience working with K-12 caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor therapy approaches to diverse student needs and educational settings
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
