Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Previous experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Motivation to foster inclusivity and enhance student communication outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, both individually and in group settings
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop goals and interventions tailored to each students needs
  • Maintain up-to-date records and detailed documentation in accordance with district policies
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the interdisciplinary team
