Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in the world of education as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working with students across a range of grade levels. This school-based opportunity in Massachusetts offers flexible full or part-time scheduling, supporting K-12 learners as they grow their communication skills in a vibrant academic setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
  • Prior experience in a K-12 school-based environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
  • Consult with parents, teachers, and support staff regarding student progress and intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success in school
