The role provides service to K-12 learners, supporting a diverse group of students and playing a pivotal part in their success. You'll assess, diagnose, and offer evidence-based speech and language interventions to help students achieve their academic and social goals.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts SLP license (required)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Ability to work with K-12 students with a range of speech and language needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine speech and language therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with school policies
• Maintain documentation and progress reports as required by the district and state
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
