Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland (active MD SLP license required)
  • SLP-CCC certification required
  • Previous experience in Maryland schools strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with varying support needs
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to professional integrity and ongoing development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students within a structured, nurturing setting
  • Evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress

  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district requirements
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
