Job Description

A full-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support elementary school students in Alabama. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide critical speech and language services remotely within a school setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Alabama SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
  • Experience working as an SLP in school settings demonstrated by previous roles or education
  • Proficiency in delivering virtual therapy services is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for elementary-aged students

Location:

  • Remote (serving schools in Alabama)
  • Position based out of Huntsville area, Alabama

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring in alignment with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and school requirements
  • Provide speech-language interventions designed for elementary students
