Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility
- Prior experience with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify students requiring speech-language services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services for students with communication, speech, language, or swallowing disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress, session notes, and IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences as needed
- Offer in-service training and resources to staff and families
- Stay current with best practices in the field through ongoing professional development
