Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility
• Prior experience with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify students requiring speech-language services
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services for students with communication, speech, language, or swallowing disorders
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress, session notes, and IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences as needed
• Offer in-service training and resources to staff and families
• Stay current with best practices in the field through ongoing professional development
