Job Description

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship (CFY considered)
  • Recent experience in a school setting or comparable pediatric background preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, individualized education planning, and diverse service delivery models
  • Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Record of organization and timely IEP/documentation completion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment goals in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services according to students needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide regular updates on progress
  • Counsel and educate families and staff regarding intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
