Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting primary and elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting for the upcoming academic year. This is a contract position requiring expertise in Speech-Language Pathology, with a focus on collaboration, supervision, and evaluationallowing you to make an immediate and meaningful impact.

In this onsite role, you will work 40 hours per week across various primary and elementary campuses. You'll play an essential part in guiding Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), conducting comprehensive evaluations, and facilitating Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings. This role does not require direct therapy, letting you focus on leadership and assessment within a supportive educational environment.

What were seeking:

• Valid Texas SLP license (CCC-SLP strongly encouraged)
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency supervising SLPAs
• Expertise in completing speech-language evaluations for school-aged children
• Strong skills in organizing and facilitating ARD meetings
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities

Core responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants at the assigned primary and elementary campuses
• Complete speech-language evaluations and assessments as required
• Participate in and facilitate ARD meetings, ensuring student needs are met
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and administrators
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with educational standards
