School-based Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for onsite roles supporting primary and elementary students during the 20262027 school year. This full-time, contract opportunity offers a dynamic environment, collaboration with dedicated educational professionals, and the chance to provide guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) across various campuses.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience working in a school setting, especially with primary and elementary students, strongly valued
• Ability to supervise SLPAs and manage caseload expectations
• Comfortable facilitating ARD meetings and conducting speech-language evaluations
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise one or more Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) on assigned campuses
• Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students as required
• Facilitate ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings, advocating for student needs
• Work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure each childs educational goals are supported
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state, local, and agency documentation requirements
• Please note: This position does not require the provision of therapy services
