What Were Looking For:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
- Proven experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and creating inclusive learning environments
- Ability to effectively manage documentation and progress reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs in compliance with educational guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive support
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, timely records
- Provide training or consultation to school staff to enhance student services
