Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
- ASHA CCC or CFY status welcomed
- Experience supporting pediatric populations in school settings
- Solid understanding of IEP process, documentation, and goal-setting
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in assigned caseload (elementary or secondary)
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress documentation
- Support academic success through effective interventions and advocacy
