Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain before start date
- Familiarity with providing school-based speech therapy to children across grade levels (PreK-12)
- Effective communication and collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience completing speech/language assessments and implementing IEP-driven goals
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for speech and language support
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expertise as a vital member of the special education team
- Deliver high-quality direct and indirect services, tailoring intervention plans to meet student needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with general education staff and families to support student success in the classroom
- Access supervision and mentoring if completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
This is a contract position with a set full-time schedule during the school year. Supportive supervision is available for early-career practitioners working toward their CCC. Thrive in a positive environment focused on student-centered practices and ongoing professional growth.
