What you bring:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

What youll do:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and consultative services to students with speech and language needs
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents regarding students communication challenges
• Stay current on best practices and professional development opportunities relevant to school-based SLPs
