What Youll Bring:

  • Valid SLP license in the state of Texas (CCC preferred)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations
  • Knowledge of ARD meeting facilitation and completion of speech-language evaluations
  • Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Passion for team collaboration and building positive relationships with staff and students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor SLPA teammates across assigned campuses
  • Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations
  • Actively participate and facilitate ARD meetings
  • Support the learning environmentnote this role does not include direct therapy
  • Collaborate with educators and families to foster student success
