In this role, youll work 40 hours per week, typically serving one school (occasionally two), with a manageable caseload of about 60 students. Some assignments may involve supervisory responsibilities for those with CCCs, offering the chance to further develop leadership abilities. This position begins in early August 2026 and runs through early June 2027.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in Texas required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Experience in school settings is highly valued
- Willingness to supervise SLPAs or CFs if eligible
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students ages Pre-Kgrade 8
- Complete evaluations, develop IEP goals and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication growth
- Supervise SLPAs or CFs as needed (for CCCs)
