Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current and valid SLP license in the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify student speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support overall student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and progress discussions
