Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
• Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services addressing speech, language, fluency, and pragmatic language concerns
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
