Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, new graduates with strong clinical experience welcome
• Experience providing services in a K-12 educational setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to tailor therapy and interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with student goals and IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of services provided, progress reports, and data tracking
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
• Educate and assist staff and parents on best practices for supporting communication at school and at home
